We have a great recipe for Halloween biscuits the whole family will enjoy making and eating!

1 1/4 cup oat flour (can make your own by grinding oats in a food processor)

1/2 cup hazelnuts

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tbsp coconut oil

4 tbsp agave/brown rice syrup

Pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp almond/cashew butter

2 Tsp One Earth Chocolate Dream powder

Dash of vanilla powder or extract

Cashew frosting-

1 1/4 cup cashew nuts

1/4 cup coconut milk

3 tbsp agave/brown rice syrup

Dash of vanilla extract/powder

Preheat your oven to 175c and line a tray with baking paper.

Start by adding the hazel nuts into a food processor and blitz until they form a flour.

Now, add in the oat flour, cacao powder, coconut oil, nut butter, sweetener and blend until well combined.

Pour in the Chocolate Dream powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt and blend again until you’re left with

a sticky cookie dough mixture.

Press the mixture together and flatten out onto a floured surface. Carefully cut out your bat cookie

shapes and pop these onto your lined tray.

Cook the biscuits in the oven for around 8-10 minutes, depending on how hot your oven is. I find that

these cook really quickly, so be sure to check on them to prevent burning!

Whilst the biscuits are cooling, you can make the frosting! Combine all of the frosting ingredients in a

high speed blender or small food processor and blend until really smooth and creamy.

When the biscuits have cooled completely, spread the cashew frosting on half of them and sandwich

the other half on top.

There you have it, the perfect Halloween treat!
